Welcome to Ridgeview, a Minnesota School of Excellence  Technology Survey As part of the development of the next district Technology Plan (a 3 yr plan submitted to MDE), we are doing an assessment of the technology needs of students, parents, teachers and staff in four areas:
Survey closes for students and staff January 27, 2012. Parents will have until February 3, 2012. School Closing Information  In the event that school may be closed due to weather conditions, please listen to WCCO - 830 AM or KSTP - 1500 AM. Weather and school closing information can also be found on the Bloomington Public Schools web site.
PLEASE DO NOT CALL THE SCHOOL IN THE EVENT OF A POTENTIAL WEATHER EMERGENCY !! It is important that we keep our lines open. This is a good time to review with your child what procedure they should follow if school is closed early due to inclement weather. Kids' SAFARI is NOT an option when there is an emergency school closing.  School Tours: Attention 2012-2013 Grades 1-5 Dates and times for the tours are located on the Ridgeview Calendar page. District Announcements  PTSA to host district-wide parent events The Bloomington Parent-Teacher-Student-Association (PTSA) Council will host two parent workshops featuring College Planning Adviser, Kevin Kruger from 7 - 8:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 28 at Oak Grove Middle School and Dr. Steven Kahn author of Insightful Parenting: Making Moments Count from 7 - 8:30 p.m. on Tuesday, March 20 at Olson Middle School.
